Built by a tradesman
Built for the people who actually do the work.
TradePass exists because the people who built every other compliance tool never had to upload their own H2S Alive at 11 PM the night before a shutdown. We did. We built it differently on purpose.

The problem
I’ve spent years in the trades.
I know what it’s like to be asked for a ticket and have to dig through old photos, emails, PDFs, screenshots, and random folders just to prove you’re ready for work. I’ve seen guys scrambling before a job, a shutdown, or a site orientation trying to find their H2S, First Aid, CSTS, CSO, WHMIS, Fall Protection, or Confined Space ticket.
I’ve also seen good workers lose time, miss opportunities, or get held up because a ticket expired and nobody caught it early enough.
And on the company side, I’ve seen how much time gets wasted chasing paperwork, checking dates, re-entering the same information, and trying to keep everything clean for onboarding and compliance.
The problem is simple:
Safety tickets are essential, but the way we manage them is still messy.
Most systems are built for companies first. Workers are treated like records inside someone else’s portal. Their tickets get uploaded, stored, checked, and forgotten — but the worker doesn’t really own the system. Then the job ends, access disappears, and the worker is back to digging through their phone the next time someone asks.
TradePass was built from the worker’s side of the problem. It gives tradespeople one place to store, track, and share their safety tickets — while giving companies a cleaner way to verify worker readiness without chasing documents over and over again.
The principle
Workers should own their credentials.
A safety ticket belongs to the person who earned it. Companies need visibility, but workers need control. TradePass is built around that balance: free worker-owned profiles, simple ticket tracking, expiry reminders, and shareable access when a company needs to verify readiness.
The goal is not to create another corporate compliance portal. The goal is to make safety tickets easier to manage for the people doing the work — and easier to verify for the companies responsible for the site.
What TradePass is
- A worker-owned digital wallet for safety certifications.
- A way to send one link instead of ten emails to HR.
- An expiry-tracker that gives you a heads-up before tickets lapse.
- A dashboard that lets companies see who's site-ready in seconds.
- Built for every trade, every level, every country with a job site.
What TradePass is not
- A surveillance tool for companies to monitor workers.
- A platform that sells worker data — to anyone, ever.
- A replacement for a real safety program.
- A subscription for tradespeople. Workers always use TradePass free.
Where TradePass stands today
TradePass is live. The foundation is shipped and in daily use: your tickets, your profile, your share link, your expiry tracking. What ships next is decided by what real users tell us — not by what makes a roadmap look impressive in a pitch deck.
If you've got something to say about TradePass — what's broken, what's missing, what would make your week easier — say it. We'll listen.

Thank you
For the continued support.
To every tradesperson who’s uploaded a ticket, every HR coordinator who’s sent feedback, every contractor who’s taken a chance on something new — thank you. TradePass exists because you keep showing up. We’ll keep building it for you.
