How much does TradePass cost?
One plan, billed per active worker. It starts at a $49/mo minimum (your first 15 workers included), then graduated rates as you grow — about $279/mo for 100 workers. Every feature is included and workers are always free. Pay annually and you get two months free. Estimate your price →
Do workers have to pay?
Never. Workers create and own their TradePass for free, forever — they hold their own tickets and choose who to share with. Companies pay only for the operational view: roster management, exports, audit log, and compliance reporting.
How does the free trial work?
Every company gets a 30-day free trial. Start it from any "Start free trial" button — you create your account, set up your company, and enter card details at Stripe checkout. You're not charged until day 31, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
Can I change plans later?
There are no plans to switch between — you're on one plan, billed by your active roster. Add or remove workers anytime and your bill adjusts automatically, with Stripe prorating the difference. No caps to outgrow.
Who owns the data?
Workers own their profile and credentials. Companies see only what a worker (or the roster relationship) authorizes — the boundary is enforced in the database, not just the UI. We never sell worker data to anyone, ever.
