Common questions
- How do I add a credential to my profile?
- Open your TradePass dashboard and tap Add credential. Enter the ticket details yourself — issuer, type, dates — and attach a photo of the certificate. Your credential is yours the moment you save it, and it travels with you from job to job.
- How do I share my credentials with a company?
- From your dashboard, use Share to generate a link to your full profile, or share a single credential. Send that link to the company — they can view exactly what you choose to show, nothing more.
- How do I revoke access I previously granted?
- Go to Settings → Manage company access. You’ll see every company on whose roster you appear, and you can cut off any of them with one tap. You always control who can see your tickets.
- What does TradePass cost?
- Workers are free, forever — that’s the whole point. Companies pay per active worker, starting at $49/month (the first 15 workers are included). Full pricing is on the companies page.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open Settings → Your data and choose Delete my TradePass. Deletion is irreversible and we honour requests within 30 days, per our privacy policy. Need it sooner? Email us and we’ll take care of it.
- How do I report a missing credential type?
- If a ticket or certification you hold isn’t in our list, email support@mytradepass.app with the credential name and issuing body. We add new credential types regularly.
